• Recent graduates of Second Career  programs are especially encouraged to attend

• Gain insight and knowledge about career paths you may never have imagined

Second Career Expo is about much more than ‘looking for a job’.  It can be a unique opportunity to meet directly with individuals actively seeking mature age job seekers and/or career transitioners. Also, with the wealth of industry professionals on-site at exhibits or at the “Connections Corner”, you may be able to access information that will assist you in recharging your career and jump starting your future, even if it is not with their organization.

You will find that only some of the employers with exhibits are actually looking to hire in the immediate future. But – most of them will hire at some point, and it will not hurt for you to meet them, get to know a bit about their firms and what skills and training they look for when they are hiring.
